Board games are also available for family fun :) - **Fully-Equipped Kitchen:** A modern kitchen with all essentials for preparing delicious meals, along with a variety of coffee and tea choices. - **3 Bedrooms:** Comfortable and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to 6 guests. Other Details to Note

-The house is split into two separate apartments. You will be on the main floor, while the other apartment (accessed separately though a side entrance externally) may be occupied by other guests or hosts. Both spaces have their own entrances and do not share any living areas. The other apartment has no access to or view of the main floor, backyard, and pool. The other apartment's car may be parked at the bottom of the very large driveway. -Pool is available seasonally April through October only. Outside of the season, it will be winterized, and the pool fence door will be locked for safety. -The house is surrounded by scenic trees, so leaves may fall into the pool. We clean the pool before your arrival, but wind may cause debris. An automated skimmer robot and a manual skimmer net are provided. We recommend placing the robot in the pool while nobody is swimming. -If your booking is during or immediately after a storm, we will try to provide a clean pool, but it may not be available for swimming. We will make every effort with our pool company to clean the water as soon as possible. -The outdoor grill uses natural gas. Please do not use charcoal as it will damage the burners. -The pool water is not heated. -The smart Fire TV offers multiple streaming apps. Please log into your account and remember to log out before you leave. -For your security and per insurance requirements, we have cameras around the house, positioned to view the front, side, and backyard, with no view inside the house. -To ensure the highest quality of stay, the landscaping team comes out every Monday/Tuesday to mow the lawn, trim bushes, blow leaves etc. -The pool is serviced by a pool technician every Friday/Saturday. They will enter through the backyard door and introduce themselves as such. They will clean and test the water chemistry. The pool should be safe to swim in within 15 minutes unless otherwise noted by the pool technician. -Trash collection takes place every Friday morning. For collection, both black lid containers must be placed at the bottom of the driveway Thursday evening. House Rules

We kindly ask you to remember that this is our family house and as such please observe our house rules: - No pool parties or loud parties of any kind. The house is situated in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, so we are required to respect our neighbors. A penalty of $400 will be charged for violation of this rule. - The maximum occupancy of the house (9) must be followed at all times, even if the guests will not be sleeping over. Additional guests must be disclosed in advance, and we may allow it on a case by case basis. A penalty of $80 will be charged per each undisclosed guest per day. - No more than 5 cars may park at the house. All vehicles must fit on the driveway. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. A penalty of $100 will be applied per each car in violation. - No smoking is permitted inside the house or near open windows and doors. This is to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. A penalty of $300 will be charged for violation of this rule, and if professional mitigation is required, the full amount charged by the mitigation company will be charged to you as well. - No pets allowed except for service animals. A penalty of $200 will be charged per pet. - No confetti is allowed outdoors. A $200 penalty will apply to compensate the extra cleaning costs if confetti is found outdoors. - Use the pool at your own risk. No diving at the shallow ends. Children must be supervised at all times. -To prepare for incoming guests, we kindly ask you to abide by the checkout time as the latest time to leave to allow the cleaning team sufficient time. Late check out will incur a penalty of $200 once past 10am, and an additional $100 for every hour past 11am.

This is one of the best getaways you can have in Georgia. Me and a couple of friends came to our friend’s engagement and we came across Bishoy’s home. The neighborhood is amazing, the house itself on the inside is amazingly decorated! We felt like we were at home the whole time. Bishoy was very helpful, flexible, and great with us. Would highly recommend d this stay if you are in the area!
